Your happiness is our main priority and Sundazed Studio offers a 14 day Refund & Exchange policy.

 

Please email katie@sundazedstudio.com with subject 'Returns' or 'Exchange', include your order number, name & give a brief description.

Please note that the postage cost for returns and exchanges must be paid for by the customer, unless the item has a genuine fault where I will cover the postage cost. Please if possible return your order with its original packaging, if you no longer have the packaging make sure that bags are returned in an appropriate sized postal box.

 

Returns after the 14 day policy period of delivery cannot be processed.

Care Instructions

Sundazed Studio offers both UK & worldwide shipping.

Processing time varies depending on the item. All items are handmade to order so I please ask to allow up to 10 days for orders to be handmade. If you want your order faster then please email katie@sundazedstudio.com & I can look into this for you.

1st & 2nd Class postage availble for UK & standard International shipping for outside of the UK.

All items are handwash only - we recommend using a damp cloth to carefully dab the area. NOT MACHINE WASHABLE

If the fluff on your Floof bag or headband needs a bit of life you can use a hairdryer on the coldest setting.
